Whitby Boot Camp Classes
Small Group Circuit Training Sessions
Our boot camp program involves 1hr circuit training workouts; twice a week. No session is ever the same; challenging your body each time using resistance training and body weight exercises. Circuit training is a moderate-high intensity group of timed exercises, done one after the other with little to no rest between each exercise. At the end of the set of exercises you repeat the cycle (circuit). Good for all fitness levels and at your own pace.
A great way to lose weight, condition the body and to keep the heart pumping!

These classes include small personalized 1 hour sessions instructed by an experienced Physiotherapist Assistant / Certified Personal Trainer Specialist in a clinic based environment.
