Attention all yogis! Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to yoga or an
experienced yogi! Come and join us as we share our practice as a community. Yoga is
an ancient practice that consists of various postures, breathing techniques, and
connecting to oneself (mind, body, and spirit). Yoga aims to support correcting any
imbalances within ourselves and bring the body into complete harmony. Some
conditions that yoga has been proven to be beneficial but are not limited to are arthritis,
insomnia, anxiety and depression, digestive issues, asthma, and high blood pressure.
Incorporating yoga into your regular practice increases strength, improves balance and
flexibility, eases back pain, reduces inflammation, boosts immunity, increases energy
